With the holiday season upon us, we kindly ask everyone to stay on top of checking their mailboxes and picking up packages promptly. The package boxes are filling up quickly, and the volume of mail tends to surge during this time of year. By collecting your mail regularly, you’ll help ensure smooth and timely deliveries for everyone. Thank you for doing your part!
The pool is still open!! During the colder season, pool hours will align with office hours, and we’ll uncover the pool for use when staff is on-site. Please come ask us if you are interested in using the pool. We will happily uncover it for you! Outside of these hours, the pool will remain covered to conserve heat and reduce evaporation. The hot tub will be available outside of office hours unless there’s lightning nearby. Please use your best judgment when using these facilities.
As temperatures drop below freezing, icy surfaces may appear in the parking lot and on walkways. We work to keep sidewalks clear and apply ice melt to any icy patches, but we may not notice all areas of concern. If you spot a spot that needs attention, please send us an email. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
