The apartment homes at Acequia Lofts offer bright open layouts, high ceilings, state-of-the-art appliances, and oversized windows framing lovely views of either the Sangre de Cristo Mountains or the Santa Fe River. Each apartment includes an excellent indoor air quality system (ERV) that provides fresh air ventilation in every home along with added sound insulation to minimize noise transfer between homes. Additional features include walk-in and spacious closets, plank flooring in main areas and plush carpet in bedrooms. Most homes provide additional storage off the generous portal.

You can rent a garage or carport of your choice and even charge your electric vehicle at one of several stations in the community. Not interested in a reserved space? We offer free, open parking on a first come, first serve basis.

Like to bike? The Santa Fe River Trail is ideal for commuting and recreational rides and we have a designated space for both bike storage and repairs. Don’t forget to bring your best friend. We have a generous pet policy and a terrific pet grooming station.
