Our initial leases are 12-month leases, standard Deposit is $600.00 on approved screening, we may require an additional deposit if pre-approval is Conditional.
Application Fee is $50.00 per applicant with a $100.00 Admin Fee per Household.
Please sign in to the LEASING PORTAL and upload the following:
- Proof of income (2 months of income history)
- Verification of Social Security Number (may be SS Card or a tax document showing the full number)
- Government issued photo ID (the Document used on the application)
- Please Unfreeze your credit report so that we are able to screen you properly. It takes 24 hours after you unfreeze it for us to screen you. If you Do Not have it frozen, then no other steps are required.
Pet Fee (non-refundable) $300.00 for one pet and an additional $200.00 for a second pet, and monthly pet rent of $45.00 per pet.
Garages are $150.00 per month
Covered parking is $75.00 per month
Utilities (Electric and Water) are active in the apartment; you do not put these utilities in your name. Utilities are paid separately but billed by the management company.
Residents will be responsible for the following utilities: electricity, water & sewer and trash removal/recyclables, internet, telephone & television/cable.
There is a monthly service charge of $6.00 and other administrative fees as billed by the billing entity, which may be added to the Residents’ utility bill. Additional fees include new account initialization charge of $10.00 a final move-out bill fee of $5.00 and a vacancy cost recovery fee of $0.00.
The apartments are equipped for Century Link or Xfinity internet. Scan the bar code or visit the provider site. You do not need to coordinate installation of equipment – you choose which provider and plan you want to sign up with. This is the only “utility” you pay directly.
